负载黄酮类药物细菌纤维素的抑菌效果的研究

摘　　要：为了探究负载黄酮类药物细菌纤维素的抑菌效果,实验采用平板划线法与涂布平板法,分离提纯得到大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的单菌落进行培养;抑菌实验方法为抑菌圈法,用负载黄酮类似物的细菌纤维素膜放置在涂布好实验细菌的培养基中培养得抑菌圈。研究表明:负载黄酮类药物(槲皮素、桑色素及黄芩素)细菌纤维素膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有良好的抑菌效果。In order to explore the bacteriostatic effect of bacterial cellulose load flavonoids drugs,experiment using flat line method and coated tablet method,separation and purification of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus single colony culture.The method of bacteriostasis is to put a bacteriofiber membrane in the coating of the coated bacteria,which is a bacteriofibrous m embrane,which is produced in the coating of a culture.The study showed that the bacterial cellulose membrane of the flavonoids(quercetin,mulberry pigment and scutellaria baicalensis georgi)had good bacteriostasis effect on e.coli and staphylococcus aureus.
