试论制浆造纸污染科学治理的现状及展望

摘　　要：造纸行业在充分发挥其国民经济的基础服务作用的同时,自身的污染问题也引发了人们的重视。制浆造纸过程中排出的废弃物污染问题非常严重,污染物的类型多样,给治理带来了严重的挑战。随着一大批治理科学技术的运用,制浆造纸的污染问题得到了缓解。但从长远来看,现阶段的治理科学技术仍有值得完善的地方,仍存在治理中的漏洞和缺陷。文章对制浆造纸污染科学治理的现状进行了分析与展望。While the paper industry is fully exerting its basic service role in the national economy,its own pollution problem has aroused people's attention.The waste pollution problem is very serious in the process of pulping and papermaking.The types of pollutants are various and bring serious challenges to the management.With the application of a large number of science and technology,the pollution of pulping paper has been alleviated.However,in the long run,the current governance science and technology still have the perfect place,still exist the loopholes and flaws in the governance.This paper analyzes and prospected the present situation of the pollution scientific management of pulping paper.
