高档卷烟纸透气度影响因素的研究

摘　　要：卷烟纸的透气度是卷烟纸一个非常重要的质量指标,通过实验系统地研究了浆料配比,纸张定量、灰分和水分,瓜尔胶用量,表面施胶量,浆网速差,后精浆盘磨功率大小等对卷烟纸透气度大小的影响。研究结果表明:阔叶木浆料配比比值越大、纸张灰分含量越高以及浆网速差越大,卷烟纸透气度均呈上升趋势;纸张定量越大、水分含量越高、瓜尔胶用量增加、表面施胶量越多以及后精浆盘磨功率越大,卷烟纸透气度均呈逐渐下降趋势。The permeability of the cigarette paper is a very important quality index.The influence factors on the air permeability of cigarette paper,such as the pulp furnishing,basis weight,ash content and moisture content of cigarette paper,the amount of guar gum,the capacity of surface sizing,the power of rear refining plate mill were studied in the paper.The results showed that the air permeability of cigarette paper increased with more ratio of hardwood pulp furnishing,more ash content and more velocity difference;the air permeability decreased with more basis weight,more moisture content,more amount of guar gum,more capacity of surface sizing and bigger power of rear refining plate mill.
