摘　　要：针对现有的责任式创新研究对发展中国家情境的讨论缺失和概化性不足等问题,围绕发达国家与发展中国家的情境异同,提出了由科技引领、增长永续、制度包容、社会满意四个方面构成的责任式创新"中正框架",并以中国自"十八大"以来的创新发展实践为例,分析和总结了责任式创新"中正框架"对中国国家层面的创新实践的意义,并提出相关启示。The generalizability of responsible innovation(RI)framework needs leveraging as previous RI literatures pay few attentions on developing countries'context.This paper embraces the context heterogeneity between developed and developing countries,and proposes the"Central-Square"framework of responsible innovation composed of four aspects,namely S&T leading,growth sustainability,institutional inclusion and social satisfaction.In addition,it analyzes and summarizes the national-level innovation practices of developing China since the 18 th Party Congress of China on the basis of"Central-Square"framework,and provides related implications.
