摘 要:基于2005—2015年中国171个地级市的面板数据,运用双重差分法考察了智慧城市建设对城市全要素生产率的影响及其机制。实证结果表明:智慧城市建设显著提高了城市的全要素生产率,相比非试点城市,智慧城市建设可使城市的全要素生产率平均提升2~4个百分点;智慧城市建设通过推动技术创新、促进产业结构升级、提高经济集聚水平三个机制促进城市全要素生产率分别提高了0.33%、2.32%和0.81%;智慧城市建设需要人、财、物三方面的支持。Based on the panel data of 171 prefecture-level cities in China during 2005-2015,this paper uses the difference-in-differences method to investigate the impact of the construction of smart city on urban total factor productivity and its mechanism.The empirical results show as follows:the construction of smart city significantly improves urban total factor productivity,compared to non-pilot cities,the total factor productivity of smart cities increase by an average of 2 to 4 percentage points;the construction of smart city promotes the increasing of total factor productivity of cities by 0.33%,2.32%and 0.81%respectively through three mechanisms,namely the promotion of technological innovation,the promotion of industrial structure and the improvement of economic agglomeration level;the construction of smart city needs the support of people,finance and material.
