摘　　要：本文总结出当前我国房地产业绿色发展五大特征,分析了影响房地产业向绿色科技转型的原因,提出了政策驱动、市场驱动和社会责任驱动为主的内外结合的绿色科技发展驱动力模型,并从政策和市场层面分别给出了加快我国房地产业绿色科技发展的建议。This paper summarizes the five characteristics of the green development of China’s real estate industry,analyzes the reasons that influence the transformation for real estate industry to green technology,puts forward the combined internal and external driving force model of green development based on policy driven,market driven and social responsibility driven,and gives suggestions on accelerating the development of green technology for China’s real estate industry from the point of view of policy and market.
