摘　　要：目的探讨局部进展期直肠癌患者颈内静脉置管穿刺点渗血相关因素。方法观察2015年2月—2016年6月我科就诊的95例行颈内静脉置管的局部进展期直肠癌患者年龄、穿刺部位、咳嗽、穿刺频率、留置时间、导管移位等临床症状,分析其与颈内静脉穿刺点渗血发生率及渗血程度的相关性。结果影响颈内静脉置管穿刺点渗血的相关因素有年龄>60岁、穿刺部位左颈内静脉、咳嗽、穿刺次数>2次、导管移位、置管时间5～8周。结论护士应根据以上高危因素采取有预见性和针对性的预防及维护措施,以减少渗血的发生率,减轻渗血的严重程度。objective To explore the related factors of bleeding at puncture point of internal jugular vein catheter in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer.Methods To observe the clinical symptoms of 95 patients with locally advanced rectal cancer who underwent internal jugular vein catheterization in our department from February 2015 to June 2016.The clinical symptoms including age,puncture site,cough,puncture frequency,indwelling time,and catheter transposition were analyzed.And analyze its correlation with the incidence of hemorrhage in the internal jugular vein puncture site and the degree of oozing.Results The factors influencing the bleeding of the puncture site of the internal jugular vein catheter were age>60 years old,puncture site left internal jugular vein,cough,puncture>2 times,catheter displacement,catheterization time 5-8 weeks.Conclusion Nurses should take predictable and targeted prevention and maintenance measures based on the above high risk factors to reduce the incidence of bleeding and reduce the severity of bleeding.
