规范化管理联合全程健康教育在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化管理联合全程健康教育在糖尿病肾病(DN)血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月至2016年8月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者86例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程健康教育联合规范化管理。结果观察组患者FBG,2hPG,HbAlc水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对DN血液透析患者实施规范化管理和全程健康教育,有利于改善炎症反应,降低血糖水平,提高生活质量,可在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of standardized management combined whole-course healthy education in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)accepted hemodialysis treatment.Methods To select 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy cured in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016,randomly divide them into control group and observation group,the control group was given routine nurse,and observation group was given whole-course health education combined with standardized management.Results FBG,2hPG and HbAlc were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Observation group's IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αwas lower than the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management and whole-course healthy education for patients with DN hemodialysis can improve the inflammatory response,reduce blood glucose level and improve the quality of life,which can be applied in clinical application.
