知信行模式健康教育对孕产妇母乳喂养率与持续时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行(KABP)模式健康教育对孕产妇母乳喂养率及持续时间的影响。方法将2015年9月至2016年8月在我院产科建档的孕产妇120例随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规产科宣教;观察组采取KABP健康教育,观察两组的母乳喂养情况。结果观察组母乳喂养自我效能各维度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组母乳喂养知识技能掌握率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);产后1,4,8,16周时观察组的母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产后下奶时间明显比对照组缩短,每次母乳量明显大于对照组,母乳喂养持续时间明显比对照组变长(P<0.05)。结论通过KABP模式进行健康教育干预可以提高孕产妇的母乳喂养率,使母乳喂养持续时间变长,保障母婴的健康。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge attitude behavior and persuasion(KABP)mode health education on breastfeeding rate and duration for pregnant women and puerperae.Methods To select 120 cases of puerperae filing in obstetrics department in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2016,randomly divided them into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine obstetric dissemination and education;the observation group accepted KABP health education,and observe the breast feeding situation of the two groups.Results It was observe that that dimensions of breast feeding self-efficacy were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group has a higher rate of acquiring knowledge and skills of breast-feeding than that of the control group(P<0.05);the breast-feeding rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the postpartum 1,4,8,and 16 weeks(P<0.05).As for the time for postpartum stimulating the secretion of breast milk,observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the amount of breast milk was significantly greater than the control group each time,breastfeeding duration significantly longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the KABP mode,education intervention can increase the breastfeeding rate of pregnant women and puerperae,keep the breastfeeding time longer,as well as ensure the health of the mother and baby.
