摘　　要：目的探讨基于移动APP平台系统化母乳喂养管理对提高NICU母乳喂养率的影响。方法选择我院2016年5月至2017年5月实施基于移动APP平台的NICU系统化的母乳喂养后NICU早产儿126例作为观察组;另选择2015年4月至2016年4月间采取传统母乳喂养管理的NICU早产儿120例为对照组。观察两组早产儿住院期间母乳喂养情况、住院时间、治疗费用及并发症情况。结果观察组早产儿初次母乳喂养时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),7,14 d母乳喂养率以及住院期间母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿NICU住院时间及治疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于移动APP平台的系统化母乳喂养管理的实施能够提前NICU住院早产儿初次母乳喂养时间,提高母乳喂养程度以及NICU住院期间母乳喂养率,减少NICU早产儿住院时间,降低治疗费用及并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of systematic breastfeeding management on improving the breastfeeding rate in NICU based on mobile APP platform.Methods To select 126 cases of NICU premature infants in our hospital after the implementation of NICU systematized breastfeeding based on mobile APP platforms as the observation group from May 2016 to May 2017.In addition,120 cases of NICU premature infants accepted traditional breastfeeding management as the control group from April 2015 to April 2016.The breastfeeding status,length of stay,treatment cost and complications while in hospital were observed between the two groups.Results The first breast-feeding time of premature infants was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the breast-feeding rate during the 7th and 14th day and the breast-feeding rate while in hospital was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and treatment cost of NICU in observtion group were significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematical breastfeeding management based on the mobile APP platform can move up the first breastfeeding time of premature infants hospitalized in NICU,improve the degree of breastfeeding,breastfeeding rate while in NICU,lessen the length of stay of premature infants in NICU,lower the treatment cost and the incidence of complication.
