摘  要:目的确定提取绵茵陈中绿原酸的最佳工艺参数。方法以绿原酸含量为指标,通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为采用60%的乙醇提取2次,每次30 min,固液比1∶20(g/mL),提取温度35℃。结论采用该工艺参数提取绵茵陈中的绿原酸具有提取率高、节省溶剂的优势。Objective To study the optimum technology parameters of chlorogenic acid from Artemisia scoparia.Methods The chlorogenic acid content was taken as indexes,single factor test,orthogonal test and variance analysis were used to optimum the extraction process.Result The optimal condition was as follows:60%ethanol,extracting two times,30 minutes for each time,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20(g/mL),and the extraction temperature was 35℃.Conclusion The advantage of the optimum technology parameters is high extraction rate and solvent saving for extracting chlorogenic acid from Artemisia scoparia.
