摘 要:目的建立同时测定解郁安神颗粒中甘草苷、甘草酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Welch Ultimate XD-C_18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为237 nm。结果甘草苷、甘草酸质量浓度分别在13.68~342.00μg(r=0.999 2)及23.48~587.00μg(r=0.996 8)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为94.64%和97.55%(n=6)。各组分基线分离,阴性样品无干扰。结论该方法可作为解郁安神颗粒多组分同时分析和质量控制的方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of licorice glucoside and glycyrrhizic acid in Jieyu Anshen Granules.Methods Weich Ultimate XD-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃,and the detection wavelength was 237 nm.Results The licorice glucoside and glycyrrhizic acid had good linear relationship in the ranges of 13.68-342.00μg(r=0.99),23.48-587.00μg(r=0.99),the average recoveries were 94.64%and 97.55%,espectively.The baseline was separated in each group,and the negative sample had no interference.Conclusion The method can be used for the simultaneous analysis and the quality control of Jieyu Anshen Granules.
