摘 要:为了既简化电力电子变压器结构,又保证输入侧高功率因数和输出电压稳定,研究了AC/DC/AC两级结构的隔离型电力电子变压器。详细介绍了两级隔离型电力电子变压器的拓扑结构及调制技术,并利用MATLAB/Simulink和TMS320F28335搭建的试验平台进行了仿真和试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明,所提结构电力电子变压器的运行是可行的。The two stage isolated power electronic transformer with AC/DC/AC structure was studied,in order to guarantee the power factor of the input side and the stability of the output voltage while simplifying the structure of the power electronic transformer.This paper introduced the two level isolation type power electronic transformer topology and modulation control technology,and did the simulation and experiment with MATLAB/Simulink and TMS320F28335.The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the power electronic transformer operation.
