摘　　要：针对酒湖特高压入湘后大量富余能源协调消纳变得困难,区外电源(包括酒泉特高压、三峡、葛洲坝)与本地电源,以及本地火电、水电、风电之间都会不同程度地出现新矛盾,探讨新时期电力市场各多元主体红利与风险。通过建立电力市场化条件下科学经济消纳能源体制机制,可保障各主体稳定运营效益、效率,以期为湖南地区经济发展转型提供绿色支持。After the Jiuquan-Hunan extra-high voltage project put into operation,there is a large number of surplus energy in Hunan area.There will be many new contradictions in varying degrees between outside regional power sources,renewable energy and regional power sources.Combined with the Jiuquan-Hunan EHV project,this paper discussed the multiple dividends and risks of the electric power market in the new period.In order to provide green support for the transformation of economic development in Hunan region,the energy consumption mechanism is established and the benefit and efficiency of the main market parts are ensured.
