超脉冲CO_2激光联合光动力治疗女性外阴复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察超脉冲CO_2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗女性外阴复发性尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在孝感市中心医院皮肤科治疗的120例女性外阴复发性CA患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组接受超脉冲CO_2激光联合光动力治疗,对照组仅接受超脉冲CO_2激光治疗。两组患者治疗3次结束后,随访6个月,观察两组患者治愈率、再次复发率及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治愈率为85.00%,水肿发生率为41.67%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组再次复发率为15.00%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2激光联合光动力疗法治疗女性外阴复发性CA的治愈率高,再次复发率低,无严重不良反应且患者耐受,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of ultrapulse CO 2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum in female vulva.Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60)by random number table method.The treatment group received CO2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy,while the control group was treated with CO 2 laser alone.Followed up for six months after treatment of three times,then the cure rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 85%,which was higher than that of control group,the edema in treatment group was 41.67%,which was also higher than that in control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of treatment group was 15%,which was lower than that of control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrapulse CO 2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of female vulvar recurrent condyloma acuminatum has a high cure rate and a low recurrence rate,with no serious adverse reactionsand good patient tolerance,thus it is worth clinical application.
