大宗商品产业基金运行模式分析——以再生有色金属为例

摘　　要：再生有色金属是国民经济的重要基础原材料产业,由于交易、运输等较为不便,企业收货期延迟,交易资金回收周期长而资金规模较大等特殊原因,影响了企业经营现金流的正常运转,因此,再生有色金属企业资金链存在严重风险。再生有色金属产业基金是解决企业资金风险的探索性尝试。文章在借鉴产业基金运营原理基础上,结合大宗商品交易市场的特征,构建再生有色金属产业基金运营模式,并通过汇集再生有色金属产业资本、金融资本,充分发挥资本平台的作用,引导社会资本投资,从而达到改善产业结构性成本、提高收益等效果。Renewable nonferrous metals are important basic industry of the national economy.Renewable non-ferrous metal enterprises have a certain period from the upstream enterprises to the downstream enterprises to receive the goods due to the more inconveniences such as transaction and transportation.Therefore,there is a serious risk in the fund chain of renewable nonferrous metals.Borrowing from other industry fund operation models,this paper constructed operation mode of renewable nonferrous metal industry fund based on the market characteristics of recycled nonferrous metal industry.By pooling industry capital and financial capital,industry funds could give full play to the role of the capital platforms,guide the social capital investment,thereby to improve the industry structural issues such as cost and revenue.
