摘　　要：文章阐述了水环境管理的政策变化及"五水共治"提出的时代背景;基于水与景观设计的密切关系,详细探讨了"五水共治"背景下景观设计理念的变化。文章指出:增加曝气复氧措施,可以避免景观水体黑臭现象;针对水体富营养化,生物生态处理技术是较为理想的措施;合理配置园林植物,中水回用和灌溉技术可起到节水的作用;建立湿地公园能够增加景观水体生物多样性,促进水生态系统的良性循环。This paper introduced the water environment management policy changes and the era characteristics of putting forward the“five water co-governance”.Based on the close relationship between water and landscape design,the landscape design concepts were discussed in detail under the background of“five water co-governance”.It could avoid the blackening and smell by increasing aeration and re-oxygenation,and bio-ecological treatment was an ideal measure technology for water eutrophication.Reasonable configuration of garden plants,water reusage and irrigation techniques could be used to save water.Wetland park could increase the biodiversity of landscape water and promote the virtuous cycle of water ecosystem.
