机床电气设备故障的维修及保养策略探究

摘　　要：机床是当前机械制造重要的设备之一,内部构成复杂,其中电气设备是重要的构成部分,确保电气设备安全、稳定运行,对保证机床各项功能的发挥具有重要意义,因此,应用机床时应将电气设备故障维修及保养作为重点工作加以落实。文章以某型号机床为例,分析常见电气故障,探讨电气设备故障维修及保养策略,以供参考。Machine tool is one of the most important equipments in machinery manufacturing at present.The internal structure is complicated.Electrical equipment is an important part.Ensuring the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment is of great significance to ensure the functions of the machine tool.Therefore,should repair and maintenance of electrical equipment failure should be implemented as a key work.Taking a certain type of machine tool as an example,this paper analyzes common electrical faults and discusses electrical equipment fault repair and maintenance strategies for reference.
