扬子江城市群建设的主要路径与南通作为

摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出,"以城市群为主体构建大中小城市和小城镇协调发展的城镇格局"。扬子江城市群是长三角世界级城市群的"空间嵌套",在长江经济带发展战略和"一带一路"倡议实施及长三角城市群的建设中有着特殊作用。江苏沿江八市要统一思想认识,强化顶层设计,推动设施联通,提升融合动力,扩大合作领域,共同将扬子江城市群打造成东西联动、跨江融合、城乡统筹发展、具有国际影响力和竞争力的世界级城市群落。南通作为扬子江城市群中唯一兼具江海优势的城市,要紧紧围绕江海联动、接轨上海、绿色发展、交通体系、创新能力和产业布局等方面发展,有力支撑扬子江城市群建设,为江苏省发展多挑重担、多做贡献。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that“the urban agglomeration is the main body to build an urban pattern with coordinated development of large,medium and small cities and small towns.”The Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration is a“space nesting”of the world-class urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta.It plays a special role in the developing strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the implementation of the“One Belt and One Road”strategy and the construction of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration.The eight cities along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu should unify their ideological understanding,strengthen top-level design,promote infrastructure connectivity,enhance integration,expand areas of cooperation,and jointly build the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration into a world-class urban agglomeration with east-west linkages,cross-river integration,urban and rural development,international influence together with competitiveness.Nantong,as the only city in the Yangtze River urban agglomeration with the advantage of both the Yangtze River and the sea,should focus closely on the linkages between the river and the sea,the integration of Shanghai,green development,transportation systems,innovation capabilities,and industrial layout.This will effectively support the construction of the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration and at the same time,Natong should take on more responsibilities and make more contributions to serve the development of Jiangsu Province.
