摘　　要：文章以我国海洋渔业上市为对象,从股利支付意愿、股利支付率、支付水平及股利支付的连续性角度探讨了海洋渔业上市公司的股利政策,并提出了相应的建议。This paper based on the listing of Chinese marine fisheries,discusses the dividend policy of marine fishery listed companies from the viewpoints of the willingness to pay dividends,the payout ratio of dividends,the level of payment and the continuity of dividend payout,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
