摘 要:研究了扬子石化化工厂精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置中醋酸甲酯废液的提纯方法,提出了采用加盐萃取的方法提取高纯度醋酸甲酯;针对醋酸甲酯富集液,考察了盐的种类、萃取剂的种类和用量、萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取级数对液液萃取分离过程的影响。实验结果表明,在萃取溶剂比为1,萃取温度为30℃,萃取时间为30 min,萃取级数为二级时,醋酸甲酯含量达到99%。Purification of methyl acetate from the production of pure terephthalic acid(PTA)of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Industry was studied.The method to extract high purity methyl acetate with salt extraction was proposed.The effects of type of salt,type and amount of solvent,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction stages were investigated as to the concentration of methyl acetate.The results showed that when the extraction ratio was 1,extraction temperature 30℃,extraction time 30 min,with two extraction stages,the content of methyl acetate reached 99%.
