摘　　要：文章总结了我国当前产学研协同创新领域的学术研究进展,主要包括揭示产学研创新系统的特征;产学研协同创新在建设创新型国家中的地位,以及现存的主要问题;产学研协同创新的动力机制和治理机制,其中主要突出了企业动态能力、知识管理和契约治理机制的构建。最后,文章提出了未来研究的方向。The paper summarized the development of the academic research in collaborative innovation of industries and universities in China.The main content included the characteristics of collaborative innovation system,the status of collaborative innovation in the country’s innovative strategy and the main problems,and then it also analyzed of how to construct governance mechanisms aimed to improving knowledge transfer,firm dynamics and governance efficiency.In the last,it put forward the academic research directions in the future.
