摘  要:为了满足高端和特殊转向器的技术要求,需要对转向螺杆热处理后高硬度销孔进行铰孔再压入高硬度销子的新工艺开发。试制中发现销子的位置精度难以保证,合格率低,铰刀寿命低;在强度试验中,部分试生产产品转向螺杆组件中的销子因切伤断裂,存在严重质量风险。通过工艺创新,从设备、切削参数、压入力控制等多方面采取措施,解决了转向螺杆组件销子位置精度高、容易切伤及刀具寿命低的技术难题,提高了产品竞争力。In order to meet the technical requirements of high-end and special steering gear,a new process development for high hardness pin hole reaming and high hardness pin press-in was required.In the trial production,the location accuracy of the pin was difficult to guarantee,the qualified rate was low,and the reamer life was low.In the strength test,some of the pin in the screw component of the trial production were broken because of the cutting wound,and there was a serious quality risk.Through technological innovation,measures were taken from various aspects such as equipment,cutting parameters and pressure control,the technical problems of position accuracy,easy cutting of pin and short tool life were solved,improving product competitiveness.
