“双创”情境下高校创新创业教育环境评价研究

摘　　要：文章基于GEM概念模型和五维度模型,对国内外创新创业环境评价模型进行了梳理,应用理论分析和德尔菲专家咨询法得到高校创新创业教育环境评价指标体系。根据专家打分结果并应用层次分析法确定了9个一级指标的权重。对江苏省400名大学生创业者和师资队伍进行问卷调查、数据采集以及信度效度检验,得到高校创新创业教育环境57个二级评价指标权重,提炼出制约高校双创教育环境发展的10个薄弱指标。本研究创新提出了高校双创环境评价九大因素模型,进而针对十大制约因素从实践层面创新提出了"创业教学研究、创业政策机制、创业实践孵化"三大维度,政府、高校、企业和社会四大主体互动的双创教育环境提升策略,以期实现高校创新创业教育实践创新和优质发展。Based on the GEM model and the five dimension model袁the article combs the literatures at home and abroad袁and the uses the Delphi expert consultation to establish the environmental index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities and establish nine first-rank evaluation indexes weight according to the scoring results of and AHP.Moreover袁the paper accomplishes the reliability and validity testing after questionnaire from 400 college students and teachers in Jiangsu province袁establishing fiftyseven second-rank indexes weight and extracting the ten key indexes.Also袁this study proposes evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship environment of nine factors innovatively.At last袁the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education from entrepreneurial education research袁entrepreneurial policy mechanism袁entrepreneurial incubator under the cooperation of governments袁universities袁enterprises and society for achieving the better quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
