摘 要:采用热重分析(TG)和热裂解气质联用(Py-GC/MS)研究了PA6纤维的热稳定性和热裂解机理。通过热重实验中PA6纤维的质量保留率和温度的关系,得到热降解温度及热降解活化能,进一步通过热裂解实验对PA6纤维的热降解产物进行了分析。结果表明:PA6纤维在氮气中的热降解过程为一步反应,特征起始降解温度和特征终止降解温度分别为409.2℃和448.6℃,热降解活化能为199.4kJ/mol,热稳定性良好。PA6纤维的热裂解产物主要是己内酰胺,含量达58.76%,属拉链式开裂解聚机理。The thermal stability and pyrolysis mechanism of PA6 fibers were investigated by thermogravimetry(TG)and pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometer(Py-GC/MS).Through thermal gravimetric experiments of PA6 fibers,the thermal degradation temperature and thermal degradation activation energy were obtained.The thermal degradation products of PA6 fibers were further analyzed by pyrolysis experiments.The results showed that the thermal degradation process of PA6 fibers in nitrogen was one step reaction and the thermal degradation activation energy was 199.4 kJ/mol.The characteristics of the initial degradation temperature and the characteristic termination degradation temperature were 409.2℃and 448.6℃respectively,and its thermal stability was good.The main thermal pyrolysis products of PA6 fibers was caprolactam,up to 58.76%.A zippered depolymerization pyrolysis mechanism was proposed to describe the pyrolysis of PA6 fibers.
