摘  要:采用纳米SiO_2为原料,制备不同质量分数的剪切增稠液,按照一定复合工艺制备剪切增稠-苎麻织物复合材料。采用SEM、FTIR表征,并对其进行交织阻力、透气性、拉伸性能等测试。结果表明:剪切增稠液是一个未发生化学反应的稳定体系。经过浸渍处理,苎麻纤维表面被均匀包覆,织物表面变的粗糙,被大量纳米SiO_2颗粒填充;随着浸渍处理质量分数增加,交织阻力增大。织物的透气性随着浸渍处理增加而降低,在质量分数为20%时,透气性明显下降;断裂强力随着浸渍质量分数增加而增大,高速拉伸时断裂强力明显增大。SiO2 was used as raw materials to prepare various concentrations of shear thickening fluid(STF).According to a certain technique,STF-ramie fabric composites were made.The composites were characterized with SEM and FTIR,and the interweaving resistance,permeability,tensile properties were tested.The results show that:STF is a stable system without chemical reactions.After the impregnation treatment,ramie fiber surface was uniformly coated.Fabric surface became rough,and it was filled with a large number of nano silica particles.With the increase of the concentration of the impregnation process,interleaving resistance increased,and permeability of the fabric decreased.Permeability significantly decreased when the concentration was 20%.Breaking strength increased with the increasing concentration of impregnation.The breaking strength increased significantly at high speed stretch.
