结子线的纺制及其针织物图案研究

摘　　要：为探究结子线的针织物图案效果,利用自主研发的高精度多段数电脑控制器和空心锭花式捻线机,生产平线段和结子段都能根据设计要求变化的结子线,采用纬编针织的方式织造。结果表明:结子线在针织物表面形成图案受幅宽用纱量以及循环纱长影响;循环纱长越接近幅宽用纱量,形成图案越清晰。当循环纱长无限接近幅宽用纱量时,可以通过设计结子线的纺纱工艺,织造出任意设计的针织物图案。In order to investigate the knitted fabric pattern effect of knotted yarn,the self-developed high-precision multi-section computer controller and hollow spindle fancy twisting machine were used to produce the knotted yarn whose line and flat knot section can be changed according to the design requirements.Then,the yarn was woven by the weft knitting weaving method.It was found that the pattern formed on the surface of knitting fabric was affected by the width of yarn quantity and loop yarn length.The closer the loop yarn length was to the width of yarn quantity,the clearer the pattern was.When the length of the loop yarn was infinitely close to the width of yarn quantity,the knitting pattern of any design can be knitted by designing the spinning process of the knotted yarn.
