摘  要:针对传统的胡麻脱胶方法中存在污染环境、效率低的缺点,采用微波预处理胡麻纤维辅助碱处理的脱胶工艺。研究NaOH质量浓度、微波功率和微波辐射时长等3因素对胡麻纤维性能的影响,并进行方案正交优化试验。结果表明:NaOH质量浓度为16g/L,微波功率400W,微波处理时间20min时,胡麻纤维的残胶率5.53%、断裂强力68.62cN、线密度19.56dtex,效果达到最好。相较传统碱处理脱胶工艺,微波辅助脱胶大大提高了脱胶效率,纤维品质得到改善。Traditional oil flax degumming methods have the defects of environmental pollution and low efficiency.Thus,microwave pretreatment was applied to assist alkali treatment of oil-flax fiber degumming technology.The effects of NaOH concentration,microwave power and microwave radiation on the properties of oil flax fiber were studied,and orthogonal optimization test was done.Experimental results show that,the effect is best(residue rate 5.53%,breaking strength 68.62 cN,linear density 19.56 dtex)under the following conditions:NaOH concentration 16 g/L,microwave power 400W,microwave 20 min.Compared with conventional degumming process of alkali treatment,microwave-assisted degumming greatly improves the efficiency of degumming,and fiber quality improves.
