丹红注射液治疗100例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者采取丹红注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选择缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,研究组60例采取常规治疗加丹红注射液治疗。观察2组患者临床效果、不良反应,以及治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与N末端脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)、超声心动图指标。结果研究组总有效率高达95.00%,显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前血清CRP与NT-pro BNP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组均有显著改善(P<0.05),但研究组改善更显著(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前超声心动图指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组均有显著改善(P<0.05),但研究组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论采取丹红注射液治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者,可以提高临床效果,改善血清与超声心动图指标。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danhong injection on the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure.Methods Totally 100 ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure were selected and divided into two groups.The 40 cases in the control group was treated with routine treatment,while 60 cases in study group was treated with conventional therapy plus Danhong injection.The clinical effect,adverse reactions,the serum CRP,NT-proBNP before and after treatment and echocardiography indexes were observed.Results In the study group,the clinical total effective rate was 95%,which was significantly higher than 75%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the serum CRP and NT-proBNP between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment the CRP and NT-proBNP in both groups improved significantly(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in echocardiography indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment the echocardiography indexes improved significantly(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Danhong injection in treating ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure can improve the clinical effect,improve the serum and echocardiography indexes.
