摘  要:研究了23CrNi3MoA钎具钢在试验室条件下通过不同的热处理工艺,获得相应的力学性能及显微组织,提出了合理的淬回火工艺及等温淬火工艺,经过直接淬火+回火处理和一定温度范围的等温淬火处理,23CrNi3MoA钎具钢的力学性能变化不大,表明23CrNi3MoA钢具有良好的适用性。The paper conducted researches on the fact that the drilling steel 23CrNi3MoA provided the corresponding mechanical properties and mircostructures after undergoing various heat treatment processes under the laboratory conditions.Then,it put forward the proper quenching&tempering process and isothermal quenching treatment and came to the conclusion that after direct quenching+tempering treatment as well as isothermal quenching treatment within certain temperature range,mechanical properties of the drilling steel 23CrNi3MoA experienced little change.That indicated steel 23CrNi3MoA had great adaptability.
