摘  要:研究了电价型需求响应参与微电网调度运行的问题,在电价型需求响应的基础上,采用场景法考虑微电网中风光出力的随机不确定性,建立了微电网两阶段随机优化模型,由第一阶段的需求响应资源参与风光消纳,引导用户响应风光出力的变化,在第二阶段通过调整可控微源的备用资源,校正实时运行场景下的供需不平衡,满足不同风光出力场景的差别需求。算例结果表明所提考虑电价型需求响应的微电网两阶段随机调度方法具有应对不确定风光出力的鲁棒性,可以有效提高微电网系统整体运行的经济性。This paper focuses on the price-based demand response on the scheduling and operation of microgrid.Based on the price-based demand response model,the authors adopted scenario method to depict the randomness and uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic output in microgrid,then a two-stage stochastic optimization model for microgrid was established.The scheduling of price-based demand response resource was optimized in the first stage to accommodate wind and photovoltaic output.In the second stage,the authors adjusted the reserve resources of the dispatchable distributed generations to deal with the imbalance between power supply and load demand in real-time operation scenario,so as to meet the needs of different output scenarios.The results indicate that the proposed two-stage price-based demand response stochastic scheduling method has the merit in coping with the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic output,which can effectively improve the economy of overall microgrid.
