摘　　要：当今软件功能日益完善,系统复杂,而在开发过程中一般存在资源有限、计划变更、管理困难等诸多问题,使得项目管理系统难以满足实际软件开发的需要。在深入分析极限编程标准的基础上,针对用户功能,迭代开发改进并应用于项目管理系统,系统采用B/S和C/S混合模式,可实现任务创建、分配、统计等功能,可以最大限度地满足项目组的实际需求。Today’s software function is increasingly perfect,the system is complicated,while in the development process it generally has limited resources,plan changes,many problems such as management difficulties,project management system difficult to meet the needs of the actual software development.On the basis of in-depth analysis of extreme programming standards,in terms of user stories,iterative development was improved and applied to the project management system,the system uses B/S and C/S mixed mode,it could realize task creation,distribution,statistics,and other functions,and it could satisfy the actual needs of the project team.
