摘  要:针对12 t/h的循环流化床锅炉,对垃圾与低浓度煤层气混合燃烧进行模拟分析。建立了混合燃烧的数学模型,对炉膛内颗粒浓度分布、温度分布及CO_2的浓度分布进行了研究。研究结果表明:颗粒浓度最高的地方是炉膛的下部,随着炉膛高度的增加,颗粒浓度下降很快;在炉膛高度达到6 m以上时,颗粒浓度很小,变化也不大;随着炉膛高度的增加,炉膛内温度先快速上升,之后降低,之后又升高然后下降趋于平缓,炉膛中心的温度要高于两侧的温度;在稀相区随着炉膛高度的增加,横截面的平均温度下降明显;在y的方向,温度分布相对均匀,波动不大,截面中心比周围壁面的温度高一点,但整体温差较小;随着炉膛高度的增加,CO_2的浓度先快速升高后降低,之后再升高后小幅回落,之后继续增加,趋势变得更加平缓。In this paper,12 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler was used to simulate the mixed combustion of MSW and low concentration of CBM.In this paper,a mathematical model of mixed combustion is established.The distribution of particle concentration in the furnace,temperature distribution and concentration distribution of CO 2 in the furnace have been studied.The concentration of MSW particles in the central area of the furnace is higher than the concentration near the wall.The results show that:the highest concentration of particles is the lower part of the furnace.With the increase of the furnace height,the particle concentration decreases rapidly,and the decrease process is accompanied by greater disturbance.When the height of the furnace is above 6m,the concentration of the particles is small and changes smallly.From the center of the furnace to the near wall,the temperature is decreasing.With the increase of the furnace height,The changes of the temperature on the three longitudinal sections are consistent.The study show:The temperature rises first and then decreases,after that,it rises and then decreases to a flat level.The temperature shows two peaks,one appears around 1.5 m,the other appears around 3.5 m,and a trough is located around 2.5 m.With the increase of the furnace height,the average temperature of the cross section decreases obviously in the dilute phase region.In the direction of y,the temperature distribution is relatively uniform,little fluctuation.And the center of the section is slightly higher than the temperature of the surrounding wall,but the difference is small.the study on CO 2 concentration tell us:The whole curve has two peaks and two valleys,In the bottom area of the furnace.The concentration of CO 2 is about the same as its concentration in air.With the increase of furnace height,the concentration of CO 2 increase rapidly and then decreased.After that,the concentration rises and then decreases.The concentration continued to increase,when the furnace height is after 6m it became flat.
