摘 要:由于行星滚柱丝杠螺纹型面加工制造误差,实际啮合接触状态发生改变,导致行星滚柱丝杠出现侧隙或干涉现象。对此,基于空间啮合原理,利用滚柱、丝杆以及螺母之间的相对位置关系,建立行星滚柱丝杠螺纹螺旋曲面空间啮合坐标系;建立啮合方程,通过数值算法对啮合方程进行求解,精确计算出零侧隙条件下行星滚柱丝杠螺纹几何参数。在此基础上,分析了行星滚柱丝杠螺纹几何中径误差,螺距误差,牙型半角误差,滚柱型面圆弧半径误差对行星滚柱丝杠啮合状态的影响。误差分析结果与实际生产产品效果一致,验证了方法和分析结果的有效性。As the processing error of planetary roller screw thread,the actual meshing state is changed,which result backlash or interference phenomenon of planetary roller screw.Based on the principle of space meshing,the meshing coordinate system of planetary roller screw is established by using the relative position relation between roller,screw and nut.The meshing equation is established and solved by means of numerical iteration method,and the geometrical parameters of the planetary roller screw thread are accurately calculated.Based on this,the influence of geometric center error,pitch error,half tooth angle error and the radius of roller thread on the meshing state of the planetary roller screw are discussed.The results of the error analysis are in agreement with the actual manufacture product,which verifies the accuracy of the analysis results.
