摘　　要：目的:研究比卡鲁胺含量测定方法。方法:建立氧瓶燃烧法测定比卡鲁胺含量。结果:在浓度为16~24μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.275x+0.05928(r=0.9990),平均回收率为99.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.67%(n=9)。结论:氧瓶燃烧法方法简单,操作简便,可作为比卡鲁胺含量测定的一种新方法。Objective:To study the method of determination of bicalutamide.Methods:An oxygen flask combustion method was established for the determination of bicalutamide.Results:A good linear relationship was found at a range of 16~24μg/mL,and the regression equation was y=0.275x+0.05928 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9990.The average recovery was 99.3%with the relative standard derivation(RSD)of 0.67%(n=9).Conclusion:The oxygen flask combustion method is simple and easy to operate,which can be used as a new method for the determination of bicalutamide.
