芜湖市大学生心理健康现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解当前大学生心理健康现状及其影响因素,为改善对大学生心理健康教育以及预防心理状况提供参考依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样法选取符合标准的芜湖市大学生754例,使用一般人口学资料问卷、12项心理健康问卷对其进行心理健康现状调查,并分析其影响因素。结果:754例芜湖市大学生中,大学生心理健康状况总均分为(22.15±6.39)分,其中得分高于27的149人,占19.50%;其中年级、是否第一志愿、是否加入社团、是否获得奖学金、是否愿意在不开心的时候寻求帮助是其主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:芜湖市大学生一般心理健康状况存在不同程度问题,与年级等多方面因素有关,需采取具有针对性的干预和预警措施。Objective:To understand the general mental health status of college students and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for government and universities to improve their mental health education and prevent mental illness.Methods:A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 754 eligible college students in Wuhu.The general demographic data questionnaire and 12 general health questionnaire were used to investigate the general health status and analyze the influencing factors.Results:In the survey of 754 cases of medical students in Wuhu,the total average college students general health status was 22.15±6.39,which was higher than 149,accounting for 27 of the 19.50%;the use of SPSS22.0 statistical analysis of 12 factors,including grade,first choice,whether to join the community,whether for a scholarship,whether willing to seek more help in unhappy time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The general health status of college students in Wuhu is more serious,which is related to many factors such as grade and so on.It is necessary to take pertinent intervention and early warning measures.
