摘　　要：目的:探究ERAS理念对食管癌围术期患者血清免疫、肿瘤指标的变化及其生理功能恢复的影响。方法:选取在我院行食管癌根治术的患者100例,随机分为研究组(采用ERAS方案)与对照组(采用传统治疗方案)。通过观察2组患者术中及术后临床相关指标。结果:术前两组患者血清免疫、肿瘤指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后10天,研究组血清免疫及生理功能恢复优于对照组,均有统计学差异。结论:ERAS方案在食管癌患者围手术期的应用效果较传统治疗方案好,值得临床大力推广。Objective:To investigate the influence of ERAS concept on the changes of serum immune and tumor indexes and the recovery of physiological function in patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period.Methods:100 cases of radical resection of esophageal carcinoma in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(using ERAS program)and control group(using traditional treatment).The intraoperative and postoperative clinical related parameters were observed in the 2 groups.Results:Serum tumor markers initially had no significant difference(P>0.05);10 days after operation,the study group had a better physiological function recovery than the control group with a statistical significance.Conclusion:the effect of ERAS regimen in perioperative period of esophageal cancer is better than that of traditional treatment,and it is worthy of popularizing clinically.
