摘 要:为减轻围垦区内外工程建设影响、适应城市化发展要求,常需在已建海堤上破堤新建水闸,闸基防渗及保闸消浪设计是开敞式外海破堤建闸的两大重点和难点。在参考国内外闸坝防渗、消浪设计研究成果及类似工程实践经验的基础上,以浙东某破堤出海闸为例,介绍大块石填土层上水闸防渗及保闸消浪设计过程。从水闸运行及与附近水闸对比结果看,所采取的措施是合理的。In order to mitigate the influence of the project construction inside or outside the reclamation area and meet the requirements of urbanization development,a sluice on the breaking seawall is often demanded.Anti-seepage and anti-wave are two major difficulties in the construction of open breaking seawall.Based on research results at home and abroad and similar engineering practice experience,and taking a sluice on the breaking seawall in Zhejiang for example,we describe the design process of anti-seepage and anti-wave on the filling with rubble stones.According to the comparison among similar sluices,we know that the measures adopted are reasonable.
