摘 要:抽油机作为机械举升的主要手段之一,其能耗的合理控制一直是个难题。针对低效抽油机井采油系统存在的能耗高、效率低的问题,通过系统效率理论计算,分析了低效抽油机井各系统的能耗状况;在低效抽油机井数据分析的基础上,科学合理地制定了系统调整措施的最佳匹配区间;最后采取针对性的治理措施,优化生产运行参数,使低效抽油机井能耗与系统效率指标均有大幅改善,并为油田实施现场节能措施提供借鉴。As one of the main means of mechanical lift,the reasonable control of energy consumption of pumping unit has been a puzzle for engineers.Aiming at the problems of high energy con-sumption and low efficiency in the low efficiency pumping unit system,the energy consumption of each system in low efficiency pumping well was analyzed in this paper through the calculation of the system efficiency theory.Then the optimum matching interval of each system adjustment measures was scientifically and rationally formulated on the basis of the data analysis of low efficiency pumping wells.Finally,the targeted treatment measures were taken to optimize the production operation parameters,and the energy consumption and the system efficiency indexes of low efficiency pumping wells have been greatly improved.The research results provided reference for energy saving measures in oilfield.
