摘  要:假设了两企业生产差异化产品,构建了企业选择低碳技术研发创新形式(研发竞争和研发合作)、政府确定碳税税率、企业确定产品价格的三阶段博弈模型。利用模型的均衡解,从研发水平、碳税税率、企业利润和国家福利四个方面,比较了企业低碳技术研发创新形式的策略选择以及产品差异化对它们的影响。结果表明:与研发竞争相比,无论边际环境损害程度多高,企业的研发效率如何,从企业利润角度看,研发合作是企业的最优低碳技术研发创新形式;研发合作下研发水平和国家福利较高的可能性较大,碳税税率较低的可能性较大,从这三个方面看,研发合作有较大可能性成为企业的最优低碳技术研发创新形式;随着产品差异化程度的提高,研发合作越有可能优于研发竞争,则企业越有可能选择研发合作。Based on the assumptions that product is differentiated,two three-staged game modes are constructed,where firms choose R&D competition and R&D cooperation,the government sets carbon tax rate,and firms decide prices of their products.With equilibriums of these two models,the choice of R&D organization is made from four aspects including R&D levels,carbon tax rate,profits and welfare levels.Then the effects of product differentiation on these aspects are analyzed.Compared with environmental R&D competition,several results are found.Firstly,firms can undoubtedly gain higher profit by participating in environmental R&D cooperation,regardless of marginal environmental damage and R&D efficiency.That’s to say,from the view of profit,R&D cooperation is the optimal choice of environmental R&D organization.Secondly,the possibilities of R&D level and welfare are higher,and carbon tax rate is lower are large.Which means R&D cooperation is much more possible being the optimal choice of environmental R&D organization.Finally,the probability that firms choose R&D cooperation is higher as product becomes more differentiated.Regarding these results,some policy suggestions are proposed.
