摘 要:超声法是目前可在空气环境中制备高性能CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒的有效方法之一。将Pb Br2和Cs2CO3加入到含有十八烯(ODE)、油酸(OA)和油胺(OLA)的混合物中,在超声作用中反应即可得到CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒。为了研究了温度对超声法制备CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒的影响,自制了反应装置来实现对溶液温度的精确控制。研究发现,反应温度在超声法制备CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒过程中起到重要作用。只有当温度高于70℃时,采用超声法才能获得CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒。随着反应温度的升高,制备CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒过程反应速度会增加,所需时间越来越短。在制备过程中,CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒的荧光强度随着反应时间延长变得越来越强,中心波长则先蓝移后红移,这和CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒成核过程有关。最后,在80℃条件得到高质量单分散立方CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒,平均粒径为20 nm,在紫外光激发下可发出很强的绿色荧光,中心波长为518 nm,发射峰宽度为16 nm,显示了优越的光学性能。此外,还研究了表面配体(OA/OLA)的使用量对超声法制备CsPbBr_3纳米颗粒的影响。Ultrasound method is one of the most effective methods to prepare high-quanlity CsPbBr3 nanocrystals in open air.The CsPbBr3 nanocrystals were obtained by ultrasound effect after adding PbBr2 and Cs2 C03 into a mixture solution composing of 1-octadecene(ODE),oleic acid(OA)and oleylamine(OLA).The effect of temperature on the preparation of CsPbBr3 nanoparticles by ultrasonic method was investigated by controlling the reaction temperature in a self-made react vessel.It was found that sighificant affect of reaction temperature in the process to prepare CsPbBr3 nanocrystals was observed.In must be pointed out firstly that CsPbBr3 nanocrystals were not be obtained by ultrasound method when the temperature was lower than 70 Tl.With increasing the temperature,the duration to prepare CsPbBr3 nanocrystals was shortened,and the fluorescence intensity of CsPbBr3 nanoparticles were enhanced.Finally,monodisperse cubic CsPbBr3 nanocrystals with high quality were obtained at 80 Tl.The average size of the CsPbBr3 nanocrystals was 20 nm.Under the excitation of ultraviolet light,the CsPbBr3 nanocrystals emitted stong green fluorescence with wavelength of 518 nm and very narrow emission width of 16 nm,indicating excellent optical property.Besides,the effect of surface ligands(OA and OLA)on the morphology of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals by ultrasound method were also investigated.
