鼻中隔高位偏曲再矫正术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析鼻中隔高位偏曲再矫正术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月至2015年9月暨南大学附属郑州医院收治的80例复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。研究组接受鼻中隔高位偏曲再矫正术治疗,对照组接受鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗。评价两组的治疗效果、并发症发生情况及疾病复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率[85.00%(34/40)]高于对照组[62.50%(25/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率、疾病复发率均低于对照组(7.50%比17.50%、5.00%比15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论鼻中隔高位偏曲再矫正术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果显著,可降低并发症发生率及疾病复发风险,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nasal septum deviation and re-correction of recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods Eighty patients with recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from September of 2014 to September of 2015 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,fourty cases in each group.The study group received nasal septum deviation and re-orthodontic treatment,the control group received endoscopic sinus surgery.The therapeutic effects,complications and disease recurrence rates were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85.00%(34/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.50%,25/40)(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group Group(7.50%versus 17.50%and 5.00%versus 15.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High nasal septum deviation and recorrection of recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis significant effect,can reduce the risk of complications and disease recurrence,and it is worth promoting the application.
