摘　　要：介绍了大豆油厂预处理车间设备布局要点,并分析了设备布局、厂房设计和生产过程中出现问题三者之间的关系。通过对设备合理的布局和优化,降低固定资产投入和运行成本,提高生产效率和企业效益。The major equipment layouts of the pretreatment plant in a soybean oil factory were presented,as well as some analysis of the relationships between equipment layouts,plant design,and the problems during the production processes.Through reasonable layout and optimization,the investment in fixed assets and cost of operation can be reduced,furthermore,the production efficiency can be improved and the benefits of soybean oil plant be increased.
