摘　　要：民营企业"走出去"系统具有脆性这一基本特性,它伴随着民营企业"走出去"的全过程。民营企业"走出去"分为准备、实施、经营等阶段,脆性形成、衍生、迸发存在于"走出去"的相应阶段。民营企业要可持续"走出去",须建立脆性预防机制,增强脆性抵抗力,协同发展提高恢复力。Brittleness is a basic characteristic of private enterprises,which is accompanied by the whole process of going abroad.Private enterprises go abroad can be divided into the stages of preparation,implementation and operation,and the formation,derivation and burst of brittleness exist in the corresponding stage of it.In order to go abroad successfully,it is necessary to establish the brittle prevention mechanism,strengthen the fragile resistance,and improve the restoring force in coordination with the development.
