摘　　要：从创新人才培养途径出发,论述了以安徽科技学院为代表的应用型本科高校利用科研平台的优质资源,通过平台面向本科生开放、开展系列科研报告及讲座、开展科研技术选修课程、大型仪器设备观摩第二课堂及建设大学生科研"创客"实验室等手段,为科研创新型本科人才培养提供强有力的支持。其做法和经验可为同类型院校科研平台服务于创新型人才培养提供参考。From the perspective of innovating the personnel training approach,this paper discusses the application of high quality resources from the scientific research platform of the applied undergraduate university represented by Anhui Science and Technology University,such as opening the scientific research platform,holding a series of scientific research reports and lectures,offering elective courses of scientific research,setting the second classroom of large equipment watching,and building the Maker laboratory of scientific research for undergraduates,so as to provide strong support for training of scientific research-and innovative-typed undergraduate talents.Our practice and experience may provide references for exerting the service role of the scientific research platform in innovative talents training in the same type colleges and universities.
