正和博弈视角下儋州中国热带农业科技博览园建设的行为选择

摘　　要：正和博弈是一个合作共赢的合作方式,通过剖析儋州中国热带农业科技博览园建设存在的问题,认为博览园建设是热科院自身改革与发展的需要,亦为儋州城市发展的必然,作为城市生态的重要组成部分,博览园是城市化从集中城市化到郊区化的过度类型阶段,伴随着城市化土地升值的利益纠结点,提出只有合作共赢才能建设好博览园,并就如何解决利益纠结点提出策略建议。Positive-sum game is a collaborative way beneficial for both sides.In the paper,we deeply analyzed the existing problems during the construction process of Chinese(Danzhou)Tropical Agricultural Technology Expo Park from the positive-sum game theory perspective,indicating that the construction of Expo Park was the demand of reform and development of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agriculture Sciences(CATAS)and was also necessary for the development of Danzhou urbanization.As an important component of urban ecology,the Expo Park stands for a transition phase of city changed from centralized urbanization to suburbanization.It was proposed that along with the issues of land appreciation in urbanization,cooperation beneficial for both sides was critical for Expo Park construction.Then several suggestions for how to solve the interest issues were put forward.
