基于国际物流绩效指数的丝绸之路经济带物流发展研究

摘　　要：对丝绸之路经济带涵盖的国家进行区域划分,选取沿线23个主要国家2000-2016年的物流绩效指数(LPI)及其构成要素数据,在梳理物流绩效、构成要素及其发展差异的基础上,运用雷达图分析法进行比较.研究发现,丝绸之路经济带物流绩效均值低于世界平均水平,我国的物流绩效水平好于丝绸之路经济带平均水平,经济带内国家、地区间的物流绩效存在较大差异,且构成要素发展存在不均衡现象.为此,丝绸之路经济带要充分利用发展平台加强物流合作,逐步提高经济带的物流绩效水平,促进国际贸易的发展.Through the regional division of the countries along the silk road economic belt,the logistics performance index(LPI)during 2000-2016 and the elements of the data of the 23 major countries along the belt are selected.Based on the sort of logistics performance,factors and development differences,using the comparative study of radar chart analysis,it can be found that the average logistics performance of the silk road economic zone is lower than the world average level,and the logistics performance in China is better than average of silk road economic belt.There is a big difference between the logistics performance of the economic zone among countries and regions,and the elements of development are imbalanced.Therefore,the silk road economic belt countries should take full advantage of the development platform to strengthen logistics cooperation,and gradually improve the economic belt logistics performance level,and promote the development of international trade.
