摘  要:建立涵盖温泉地资源质量、市场区位及区域支持等3个评价项目13个评价因子的指标体系,通过深入调研获取合肥市各温泉地有关数据,对合肥市4大温泉地旅游开发条件进行评价.结果表明,巢湖半汤温泉开发条件最优,其温泉旅游资源与市场区位及区域支持条件匹配良好;庐江东汤池次之,肥东店埠、庐江暖塘岗相对较差.结合合肥市温泉地开发中的问题,从旅游空间结构角度分析,提出"明珠—金三角"总体开发构想,从文化和竞合两个方面提出合肥市温泉旅游地整体开发和提升策略,针对开发条件不同地区的开发现状和所处阶段,分别提出分类整合提升和共赢共生开发两项策略.The hot spring resources in Hefei is the most abundant in East china.The author developed an evaluation index system consisting of 13 indices about the development condition of hot spring tourism destination from three aspects-resource value,market location and regional support condition.Through in-depth investigating hot spring tourism destinations and mastering relevant data in Hefei,the author assessed development conditions for exploiting hot spring tourism resources for 4 districts based on the proposed evaluation index system.Results indicated that Bantang development condition is the best,followed by Tangchi,Dianbu and Nuantanggang.In order to solve the problems in the development of Hot Spring tourism destination in Hefei,the paper proposed the concept of"Pearl-Golden Triangle"from the view of the tourism spatial structure,and then the integrated development and promotion strategies from culture and competition were put forward.According to the specific development status and stage in different regions,two strategies of integrated promotion and mutual benefit development were respectively discussed.
