基于AHP与CVM法的喀斯特传统聚落旅游资源评估研究——以贵阳市青岩古镇为例

摘　　要：喀斯特传统聚落带有明显的自然痕迹和地域特色,使其具有较高的旅游开发价值,但目前专门针对其旅游资源评估的研究较少。本研究以青岩古镇为例,综合应用AHP法与CVM法,对喀斯特传统聚落的各项旅游资源进行定量评估。结果表明:喀斯特聚落的旅游资源可以分为自然景观资源、聚落景观资源、人文景观资源3大类,山水格局、遗址建筑及构筑物、风水营造等12小类;青岩古镇的总体旅游资源价值为273030.51万元/年,在大类旅游资源中,旅游价值排序为:聚落景观资源>人文景观资源>自然景观资源,在12项小类资源中,游客对于遗址建筑及构筑物旅游资源价值最高,风水营造资源则价值最低;在游客对12项旅游资源的支付意愿中,游客的个人收入均为重要影响因素,除在喀斯特地貌旅游资源中,游客所在省区与支付意愿呈明显相关,其余游客属性(游客文化程度、职业、所在地、性别)均不属于影响因素。Since Karst traditional settlements represent obvious natural traces and regional features,these settlements have high tourism values.At present,however,research on evaluation of these tourism resources is empty.Using Qingyan ancient town as the case study,different tourism resources of Karst traditional settlements are evaluated quantitatively by comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and contingent valuation method(CVM).The result indicated that the tourism resources of Karst settlements can be divided into three primary types(natural landscape resource,settlement landscape resource and humanity landscape resource)and 12 small types including pattern of the mountain and river,site buildings and structures,fengshui construction etc.The total value of tourism resource is 2730.3051×10 5 million yuans per year.Within the primary types of tourism resources,the value in descending is:settlement landscape resource>humanity landscape resource>natural landscape resource.Within small types,site buildings and structures has the highest value,while fengshui construction has the lowest value.Regarding to willingness to pay for the 12 tourism resources,the income of the tourists is the essential influence factor.The visiting tourists’provinces are also correlated with their w
