摘 要:为探究配合饲料和血液对菲牛蛭水蛭素活性和抗氧化指标的影响,用配合饲料和鸡血对菲牛蛭进行60d的养殖,测定和分析这两种投喂方式下菲牛蛭水蛭素活性和抗氧化指标的情况。结果显示:配合饲料组水蛭素活性略低于血液组,差异性不显著(P>0.05)。菲牛蛭肠道SOD和CAT活性较高,而MDA含量较低。嗉囊中SOD和CAT活性较低,而MDA含量较高。配合饲料组肠道超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于血液组肠道SOD和CAT活性(p<0.05);配合饲料组肠道丙二醛(MDA)含量稍低于血液组,而配合饲料组嗉囊SOD活性显著低于血液组(p<0.05),CAT活性稍低于血液组,而配合饲料组的嗉囊MDA含量显著低于血液组(p<0.05)。研究表明:菲牛蛭嗉囊和肠道组织(SOD和CAT)与MDA活性表现形式相反;配合饲料投喂菲牛蛭,水蛭素活性未受影响,对肠道抗氧化能力有一定的增强作用,MDA含量上达到或超过血液饲养水平。In order to explore the effect of compound feed and blood feed on the hirudin and antioxidant of Poecilobdella manillensis,the activities of hirudin and antioxidant enzyme of young Poecilobdella manillensis were determined when the leech were fed with compound food and blood for 60 days.The results showed that the activities of hirudin of compound feed group were slightly lower than blood feed group but no significant difference(p>0.05).There were higher activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)and lower content of malonaldehyde(MDA)in the intestine.There were lower activity of SOD and(CAT)and higher content of MDA in the ingluvies.In the intestine,SOD and CAT of compound feed group were significantly higher than those of blood feed group(P<0.05),but the content of MDA in compound feed group were slightly lower than in blood feed group.In the ingluvies,the activity of SOD and content of MDA in compound feed group were significantly lower than those in blood feed group.The results suggest that there was no effect on the activities of hirudin when fed with compound feed.The antioxidant capacity of compound feed group increased in the intestine,and their content of MDA reached the same level as blood feed group.
